No stranger to the world stage, Arnold G has wooed audiences with his superb stage performances and soulful voice. Arnold G believes this success proves there is an audience for independent artists. A&G Vice President Jesse Dorado mentions, “To be part of Grammy at this stage reenforces our belief we’ve been taking the right steps in all the right directions in terms of building a fan base, and promoting Arnold G as an international artist. We truly believe there will be greater things to come. This opportunity will definitely turn more heads in our direction. The Grammy can be a powerful tool for any independent artist."

A portion of the proceeds from the upcoming singles will be donated to groups involved in AIDS awareness education programs. Moreover, other strong messages are sent through "Our Rainbow" (hate crimes), "Angel Eyes" (crystal meth) and “I’m Free” (coping & life challenges).

BIOGRAPHY:

More Than Love
This Hollywood up-and-comer will tell you that his devotion to music extends far beyond musical fandom or career considerations. “It’s not just a love for music, it’s a passion and it goes further than love and beyond a hobby.” For Arnold G, music is a lifestyle, it deeply rooted passion that drives him from the very core of his being. “It’s about a way of living. Music is essential to my life.” It’s this quality that imbues Arnold G’s music with such crackling hooks.

Deep
Arnold G’s passion for his music is such that he goes beyond considerations for mere entertainment.  Arnold G also sees music as a tool for social change. REVIEWS:

January 2007 -
Dance music has, really, one goal. The essential need is to uncontrollably drive human beings to the dance floor where they can grind, sweat, and groove the pleasure of the bar owners' refreshment count. If an artist has the talent to write and program those kinds of beats - it's money in the bank. Arnold G's ability to compose pulsating and kinetic dance beats is money in the bank. His 12-track CD, "Driven (straight to the dance floor)", is a mix of house/trance cuts that are written for DJ's use - except for the one pop tune (bonus track at the end, "Carry On"). Track 2, "Give it to Me Baby", sets itself up in traditional dance fashion - key stab delays build up the anticipation for the beat and move. Cymbals pan and shuffle and a hollow key envelope wraps the listener. In track 4, "Ocean Dreams", vocalist, Jennifer Lispius, lends her incredible soprano vibrato to the mix in a track that intends to lose the dance floor to insanity. The ominous kick opening that pushed a heartbeat into the mix is heard in track 5's, "I'm Not in Love", the 10CC classic redone in trance with washed reverbed background vocals. Arnold G finishes off the record with a bonus track and pop effort, "Carry On". The ample effort showcases his vocal abilities and the result is solid. The clear verdict here, though, is all about the groove and the beats. Arnold G has that keen sense of beat that should make him extremely welcomed in clubs. Well done. --- earbuzz, Don,

December 2006 -
Arnold G’s on his debut, “Driven: Straight to the Dance Floor”, tribal-tinged club shaking house and trance tunes are ready to send a quake across the electronic music world that will blow the Richter Scale into oblivion. High-octane energy, insidiously addictive grooves, soaring melodies and luscious textures are all delicious features of Arnold G’s tantalizing songwriting. “Arnold G is a bright, fresh voice in the dance scene.” –- A&R Select, Hollywood, CA

November 2006 -
Arnold G already mastered laying down tracks that are thick and lush in the right ways; density and texture are nailed pretty well. Arnold G knows, basically, how to put good electronic dance together. It's tightly woven. This could light up some dance floors. -- review by Kristofer Upjohn (DJFIX), UK

November 2006 -
Somebody get me a glow stick and point me to the nearest rave! Driven: Straight to the Dance floor, by Arnold G, is a dance CD that Ali G or any fan of electronica will love. A person looking to move others to the dance floor or someone who wants to shake their groove thing will get a big kick out of Driven: Straight to the Dance Floor. --Reviewer: Alex Lang, TheCelebrityCafe.com, USA Reviewer's Rating: 4.5 Reader's Rating: 9.21 Reader's Votes: 14
